We bought a house in the fall of 2011 with Joe as our buyer's agent. When we first started the process, I had picked houses from the internet that I wanted to see during our first trip out to visit houses. We actually wasted a lot of time that day looking at inappropriate homes because I had picked the properties based on limited knowledge. But during that trip, Joe listened carefully to things we liked and didn't like about the properties. Following that tour, Joe put together a list of properties based on what he learned about us as buyers. The next tour was our next to last trip out because Joe took us right to the homes we wanted. The only reason we went out again was to decide between two really great choices for us.

Joe is a great guy who goes over and above what one would expect of a realtor. He has excellent knowledge about the quality of houses and their re-sale value. He often mentioned things about the house and the area that we didn't know or never would have thought of considering.
Joe is a very knowledgeable realtor that you can relax and openly express your likes / dislikes around. Never has a problem answering questions about the neighborhoods as he has lived and worked there for quite a while. One thing that I found very helpful is his knowledge of costs vs paybacks to make changes and repairs. Joe handled our house sale during an international relocation. After one offer didn't work out he quickly obtained another offer that led to a final sale.
